Table.1. The number of patients do Creatinine lab test in the last three months: August, September, October 2019
Important Notes:
(*) – In September 2019, there are 1992 patients doing Creatinine lab test, in which there is 1345 patients from EHS. Base on the variations in Creatinine measurements, there are 1326 patients at stage 2, 10 patients at stage 3A, 8 patients at stage 3B, 4 patients at stage 4.
(**) – In October 2019, there are 1779 patients doing Creatinine lab test, in which there is 956 patients from EHS. Base on the variations in Creatinine measurements, there are 931 patients at stage 2, 10 patients at stage 3A, 12 patients at stage 3B, 3 patients at stage 4.

Stage | GFR number | AUG. | SEPT. | OCT. |
1 | > 80 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
2 | > 60 | 31 | 1909 | 1679 |
3A | 45 - 59 | 3 | 40 | 41 |

Table.2. The number of patients in the last three months: August, September, October 2019 with the Creatinine range defined
Important Notes:
Base on the Variations of Creatinine Measurement and CIH Data, mostly patients at stage 3A, 3B, 4 are diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Dyslipidemia, Chronic kidney disease.
3. Five Stages of Kidney Disease Based on Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR)
Table 3. Variations and descriptions in Creatinine measurements.
Important Notes:
GFR number tells how much kidney function is. As kidney disease gets worse, GFR number goes down.
4. Number of patients with CKD stages based on eGFR data
August, September, October 2019
The term chronic kidney disease (CKD) is used worldwide to mean any form of kidney disease that goes on for more than a few months.
The word 'chronic' doesn’t necessarily mean 'serious' and the word 'disease' includes any abnormality of kidney structure or function, whether or not it is likely to cause a person to feel unwell or to develop complications.
How Kidneys Work and What Happens When They Don’t
- Discuss symptoms with your doctor
- Consider your treatment options
- Prepare for treatment early
Healthy Kidneys
- Remove waste and extra fluid from your body; make urine
- Help control blood pressure
- Help build red blood cells
- Help keep body chemicals in balance
- Help maintain healthy bones
Symptoms As Kidneys Begin To Fail
- Feeling tired
- Loss of appetite
- Metallic taste in your mouth
- Nausea and vomiting
- Trouble sleeping
- Swelling of ankles, hands, and face
- Itching
If you or someone you know exhibits these symptoms, it is important to get tested for kidney disease promptly. Remember, the signs and symptoms listed above may be due to other factors, but only your healthcare provider can give you an accurate diagnosis.
The three main causes of chronic kidney disease are DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and OBESITY. If you have any of these causes, see your doctor and get an estimated GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) assessment based on a simple blood test.
Get checked for kidney disease and learn about what you can do to keep your kidney healthy. You can help delay or even prevent kidney failure by treating kidney disease early.
