If you have oily or acne-prone skin, use sunscreens that incorporate ingredients to reduce oil secretion. If you don't have skin pigmentation, you can apply sunscreens with an SPF of 30-50. If you have freckles, dark spots or melasma, use a sunscreen with an SFP of 50 or more. You should apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out and apply every 2 hours after that for 9-15 hours.

Lotion

Evening is the best time to apply skin care products to help the skin recover and absorb nutrients better. A cream that contains ingredients such as collagen, vitamins A, C, E, herbal extracts, Q10, etc. will have anti-aging effects like skin lightening and wrinkle reduction. In hot weather, you should apply preparations in the form of serums to help clog hair follicles. In the cold season, you can use either serum or cream form, when the skin is too dry, the skin cream form will be softer. If your face does not have acne, then apply it gently massage for 3-5 minutes to penetrate deeper into the skin.

Principles when using cosmetics

Cosmetics mentioned here include skincare and makeup. Even with the least allergy recommended or even super sensitive skin, cosmetics can still cause unwanted effects. If acute allergy will appear erythema, blisters, swelling within 24 hours. If delayed side effects will appear after a few months, even a few years after using cosmetics. Manifestations of late side effects are dull skin, dull skin, rough skin, acne. Some cosmetics with high retinol content or prolonged use can thin the skin and become sensitive skin.

Sensitive skin is a reddened skin when it's in the sun, when cooking or physical activity. When going right rain or wind will be burning. To avoid allergies, you should use cosmetics of clear origin. Do not apply mixed creams, homemade creams. Before applying, try a skin reaction. Apply on an area of ​​about 1cm2 on the face for 3 consecutive days, if you notice any unusual signs such as itching, erythema, thickened skin or blisters, you must stop applying immediately. After applying for 3 days without any abnormal signs, you can use it. However, you still have to monitor during the use of cosmetics if signs of abnormalities still have to stop applying. If the unwanted effects due to cosmetics are mild, then after stopping the signs will decrease and then disappear, without treatment. If the damage is severe, you should see a dermatologist.

Exfoliating

You can exfoliate 1-2 times / week, do not exfoliate too much will hurt the skin. If your skin is sensitive or atrophic, stretching after applying corticosteroid cream, do not exfoliate. The lightest exfoliants are natural products and fresh rice bran. Fresh rice bran is less irritating and has a mild bleaching effect, so it doesn't hurt the skin.

Healthy skin diet and nutrition

Should moderation activities, should not stay up late past 11 pm. Staying up late will break the rhythm of the night and day leading to imbalance in the body, affecting health and skin. Avoid sitting at the computer for an extended period of time, so take short breaks during work. When traveling, wear a mask to avoid dirt.

Do not eat too much starch, sweeteners, hot spicy foods, fried foods. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink over 2 liters of water / day.
